We have been very busy with numerous things including a new little one at home. To answer the several questions we have gotten on this - No we have not given up on going to court for Robert's son and daughter. Robert wants NOTHING MORE than equal time with Robert's son and daughter. To deny this is child abuse. Robert is playing the mediation out to the very end before he files papers on returning to court.
