Michigan American Family Association Supports Michigan House Resolution NN (2008)

The American Family Association of Michigan has confirmed their support for Michigan House Resolution NN (2008).

The AFA Michigan joins a growing coalition of both Michigan and National based organizations that support the many benefits of Michigan House Resolution NN (2008).

Michigan House Joint Resolution NN would lead to a constitutional amendment recognizing a parent's fundamental right to direct the care, education, and upbringing of their children. The context of this right is larger than just custody cases as it would apply to intact families and all sorts of scenarios (health care, educational & religious practices just to name a few).
