Dave Gahan's new solo album is released today in the U.S.! This is certainly some of Dave's best work and the music is quite varied so you will find yourself playing it over and over again. "Saw Something" is truly one of the most moving songs I have heard from Dave and his vocal training paid off big time. Awesome song, WOW! "Kingdom" is the current single that Dave Gahan has out and it is ripping up the charts. "Deeper and Deeper" is intense and has a slight Nine Inch Nails sound to it, yet it is distinctly Dave Gahan!
You can hear samples of all the songs on Dave Gahan's MySpace.

This album brings my husband close to mind because he has been a life-long fan of Depeche Mode and Dave Gahan since their very first album. This is something I admire about Robert - he doesn't change direction to fit in or belong, i.e. jumping from Depeche Mode to Country Music. What he likes he sticks with - plain and simple. Another example is Peter Cincotti; Robert bought his first album before most people knew who he was and now his third album "East of Angel Town" is his guaranteed super hit that will make him know worldwide.
