Lary Holland presented at the Barry County Equal Parenting Symposium. He explained the reasons why there are obstructions to state endorsed Equal Parenting. The reason is simple, "the State doesn't make any money when people are getting along." Federal funding stands in the way of Michigan's House Bill 4564 as this You Tube video explains.
