2008 Family Preservation Festival
We are proud of the efforts of Lary Holland and numerous other organizations sending a message to the ACFC that this event will continue! We applaud this courageous effort to make sure that the voices of those concerned over the right to parent and excessive government intrusion will not go unheard.
If you are an individual or organization we ask that you send a letter of support to Lary Holland and the DC Festival 2008 Team at laryholland@sbcglobal.net. A growing number of organizations have already signed on in support of this important effort! Make your support known now by sending your letter of support.
Why should you support this effort, attend it and encourage others to attend as well?
Well another Fathers Day has come and gone.
Did I get to see my son?......NO !!!
The ex said I will see him when she wants me to see him and cares nothing what the Macomb County FOC and Director Ms. Bucci says.
My ex has not allowed me to see my son for the last 2 weeks. Each Incident has been documented and sent to Ms. Bucci at the Macomb counth FOC.....Do you think they said anything to my ex......NO!!!
I dont have the money to fight as I barely have enough to buy gas...their is no food in the fridge....
If I cannot see my son WHY DO I HAVE TO PAY CHILD SUPPORT ?

First the government said you couldn't see your children more than 4 days a month, then the government swooped in and gobbled up 400 children in Texas on a mere proven false police report... now are you going to wait for them to come back and get your children? DC FESTIVAL 2008 is moving forward for those that can't wait until 2009. Find out the most up to date information on the event at http://www.dcfestival2008.com.

Ronald, I am sorry to hear that you didn't get your father's day. Unfortunately I am not at all surprised as you have the same case worker as my husband and she is not keen on doing her job. My husband finally got fed up with it, filed a grievance against his child support JO, which resulted in her being removed. He then proceeded to file one against Bucci for not doing her job and having his orders enforced. She didn't get removed, but it sure lit a fire under her ass! She's of course more than ever on the kids mom's side, but she wouldn't likely be on any other side.
If all else fails, do what my husband did. The last time he and the kids mom were brought in it was because Bucci said she was sick of receiving complaints. Basically you got to bug her until she does something to get you to shut up. Most don't go through the effort and give up, but with her you can't, just be persistent!
GOOD LUCK!
